Delete your account
Cyberdoku · account and data deletion
You can delete your Cyberdoku account yourself, at any time, from inside the game — you don’t need to ask us.
In the game
- Open Settings (the gear icon), then Account.
- Choose Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password.
That’s it — the account is removed immediately. This works the same in the web game and the Android app.
What gets deleted
- Your account and username, and your saved password.
- Your email address, if you added one for password resets.
- All of your scores, including your leaderboard entries and daily challenge history.
- Your unlocked and purchased themes, and the record of any purchases.
- Your friends, challenges and login sessions.
What is kept, and why
- Past duels remain in your opponents’ match history, because they are their games too — but your name is removed from them and they are no longer linked to you.
- Bug reports you sent are kept so we can still fix what you reported, with your account detached from them.
Please note
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you had bought the Ad-free + Theme Pass or any theme, deleting your account also removes it, and it can’t be restored or refunded afterwards. If you only want to stop playing, you can simply log out instead.
Need help?
If you can’t sign in — for example you’ve forgotten your password and have no recovery email on your account — email [email protected] from any address and tell us your username, and we’ll delete the account for you.
